3 STEPS TO BEATING THE OVERWHELM AND PUTTING JOY BACK INTO YOUR BUSINESS AND LIFE!

1. Identify the things that you LOVE about your business/performance career. 

  • Assess these tasks and decide if they are actually moving you closer to your goals.
  • If they aren't bringing you closer to your goal, you might need to let them go EVEN IF YOU LOVE THEM. We only have 24 hours in a day.
  • If they are bringing you closer to your goal…  find ways to do MORE of these things.

2. Identify the things you are REALLY GOOD at in your business/performance career. 

  • Assess these tasks and decide if they are actually moving you closer to your goals.
  • If they aren't bringing you closer to your goal, you might need to let them go EVEN IF YOU ARE REALLY GOOD AT THEM. We only have 24 hours in a day.
  • If they are bringing you closer to your goal…  find ways to do MORE of these things.

3. Identify the things you REALLY DON'T ENJOY.

  • Assess these tasks and decide if they are actually moving you closer to your goals.
  • If they aren't bringing you closer to your goal, STOP DOING THEM!
  • If they are bringing you closer to your goal…  take one of the next three actions
    • Schedule them into your calendar and reward yourself when you complete them.
    • Pass them on to someone else! Either hire someone or make a trade!
