1. SET SPECIFIC STRATEGIC GOALS
In order to do this, you’ll need to pick a goal that is tangible and trackable. AND, don’t overdo it by setting a goal for the whole year. Set a goal for the next 90 days so that you can get there, and review before you set your next goal!
2. SET A SPECIFIC STRATEGIC PLAN
If you don’t have a focus on where you are going, your going to go nowhere! Implementation is seriously the key here! That’s where you’ll learn what is working… and even more importantly, what is NOT working.
3. REVIEW TWEAK AND GO AGAIN
So. Important! The only way to really know what works is to ^^^Implement^^^ like I mentioned earlier. AND, review. There are going to be some things that worked well, and some that you’ll have to let go of. That might be the hardest piece – and it’s where the true magic lies!
